1. What Bill Nudge is

Bill Nudge is a personal bill tracker. You enter your bills; the app reminds you before they are due, shows you where your money went, and awards badges for on-time months. Those badges are recognition inside your account only — there is no cashback, no points programme and no monetary reward of any kind.

2. What Bill Nudge is not

• It is not a payment service. You pay through your own bank or biller. Bill Nudge never holds, moves or touches your money.
• It is not financial, tax or legal advice. Fee figures shown on our website are published rates from banks and regulators, given for illustration. Your own charges depend on your provider, balance and location.
• It is not a guarantee. Reminders depend on your device, its notification settings, its battery state and the data you entered. You remain responsible for paying your bills on time.

3. Free plan and Premium

The free plan holds up to 5 bills. Premium removes the limit and adds insights, spreadsheet export and Money Coach. Premium costs ₹100 a week, ₹150 a month or ₹999 a year, billed through Google Play; the yearly plan starts with a 15-day free trial, and you are charged when it ends unless you cancel before. Extra Money Coach answers are sold in packs of 50 for ₹100. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel any time in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by the app store under its own policy.

4. Your data if you stop paying

Your bills stay in your account when a subscription ends; nothing is deleted. On Premium you can export them as a spreadsheet; on any plan, ask us for a copy.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app, and do not use it to break any law. We may suspend accounts that do.

6. Availability

We aim to keep Bill Nudge working, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Features may change or be withdrawn as the app develops.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bill Nudge is not liable for late fees, penalties, interest, credit-record consequences or other losses arising from a missed payment, a reminder that did not arrive, or data you entered incorrectly. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Taxes

Prices shown in the app include applicable taxes — GST in India — collected by Google Play as the merchant of record for your purchase. Your tax invoice comes from the store, not from us.

9. Age

You must be 18 or over to subscribe. Bill Nudge is not intended for children, and in India the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 treats anyone under 18 as a child.

10. If something goes wrong

Write to us first at support@billnudge.co — most problems are settled there within two working days.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified in the app before they take effect.
