Delete your Bill Nudge account

In the app

• Open Bill Nudge and sign in.
• Go to Settings, scroll to Delete account, and tap Delete my account.
• Confirm. You are signed out and your account is gone.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email privacy@billnudge.co from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm by reply and delete the account within 7 days.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, name and sign-in details
• Every bill, payment, personal due, loan and reminder you added
• Your Money Coach history and usage, badges, feedback messages and referral record
• Your push notification token, so reminders stop

What happens to copies

• Your account and data are deleted from our systems immediately.
• The only copy that can remain is inside encrypted system backups kept for outage recovery. They are never used for anything else, are overwritten within 7 days, and a deleted account is never restored from them.
• Purchase records stay with Google Play as its policy and Indian tax law require. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions first.

Want a copy first?

Before deleting, export your bills as a spreadsheet from the app's Reports tab (Premium), or ask privacy@billnudge.co for a copy. Deletion cannot be undone.
