Reminders are not arriving
This is almost always the operating system, not the app. Check, in order:
- Notifications are allowed. Phone Settings → Apps → Bill Nudge → Notifications.
- Battery optimisation is off for Bill Nudge. Aggressive battery savers on Android — particularly Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo and Samsung — silence scheduled reminders. Set Bill Nudge to "Unrestricted".
- Do Not Disturb is not covering your reminder time.
- The bill has a due date in the future. Past-dated bills do not generate a reminder.
I changed phones — where are my bills?
Your bills are kept in your Bill Nudge account, so they follow you. Install Bill Nudge on the new phone and sign in with the same email or Google account, and everything is there.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Android: Google Play → profile → Payments and subscriptions → Subscriptions → Bill Nudge → Cancel.
Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep access until the period you paid for ends.
How do I get a refund?
Purchases go through Google Play, so refunds do too — request one there. Write to us as well and we will support the request.
Can Bill Nudge pay a bill for me?
No. Bill Nudge tracks and reminds. You pay through your own bank or biller, then mark the bill paid with one tap.
Do you need my bank login?
Never. Bill Nudge does not ask for bank credentials, OTPs or card numbers, and does not link to your accounts.
How do I delete everything?
Settings → Delete account. It deletes your account and everything in it straight away. If you no longer have the app, see billnudge.co/delete-account.
Report a bug
Use the bug report form — it asks for the few details that get a fix moving: your phone, where in the app it happened, and the steps that caused it.
